Course Description: This instructional and dynamic drawing class works from observation (life drawing), the focus is on developing drawings that connect a strengthening of formal techniques with contemporary approaches to drawing and self-exploration. Warm-up exercises, and challenges in scale are supported through demonstration and course projects.  This course provides the opportunity for artists interested in drawing to build observational skills, creating a portfolio of a varied approaches to drawing.
